+1 to what Tommi says.  I see the tagline as... "Не знаю. Я здесь
только работаю."  Bing translator tells me it is "I don't know.
I'm just working here".  8-)

BTW, I have Thunderbird's "Server settings-->Default character encoding" option
set for 'Unicode UTF-8' on this NNTP server and three others.
