   Or, even worse, those customers who were completely legal with the right
product keys who had the temerity to use a real 3rd party firewall,
properly configured?   They wrestle with WGA for a few hours, then come to
find out it was just the firewall.  Is MS going to compensate them for lost
time?   No (unless the class action lawsuit comes around).
