Not with Eleserv, he was running EleBBS.exe in Wait-For-Call mode, either
with a real modem or perhaps a virtual modem software like NetSerial.

Untill someone can resolve the event issues, I think the best solution is to
use the Windows task scheduler, cron, or you could use Argus or Radius
for fidonet style networks then you could use its internal event management.
