Hi Ed,
About a week ago Harriet and I came back from our trip down south.
This is the first time that I got a chance to write about it....
Weaa'l, Us folks justa gotta great batch of Barbeque in a
restuarant in Johnson City, Tn... Nah 'dis wasna fancy place 
but 'ole Annalee and mase'f enjoyed ettin in da 'ole fyerhouse on da
'ole enda touwn...
(more about the drawl and other divergent personalities that
crept up on the way down along the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia later.)
I got to meet Marge (finally) after writing to her for almost
three years..... Well she is a tall one... Dark short hair.. and 
if you get to read her homepage you can guess that she is a hoot
in person as well as on line...
We stayed with her for a short week... and we got to do a few
meetings in Gnashville.. the meetings down there are "Quaker" Style
which means there are no picking on folks.. you wait until someone
talks... which for me there are more pregnant pauses than you can shake
a stick at....
Then we drove up to Bobby's (Slow Ryde) and stayed with her 
for two days.. she sure has changed a lot in the three years that
I have been writing to her.. first of all she has this baby...
and that occupies all her time... and did I mention Harriet and
I were present to give her her 8 year medallion and that Harriet
got her 7th from Marge at a meeting...?
No I guess I did not....
Any way during the trip down we did a little sight seeing
and did the Skyline caverns.. they did a special little show for
us and we got to experience the power of the earth directly while
we were underground without the lights on.... boy talk about spooky...
Oh.. if you answer this missive I will explain about Tim Bob and Annalee....
