I don't think anyone would believe that (especially given some truly 
reprehensible examples from our own history in the South).

However, I will say that in all of the juries I've been on that there 
has never been a "rush to judgement" or anything other than full and 
fair deliberation.

I would much rather put myself in the hands of a traditional jury than 
some of the jurists currently on the bench (anybody paying attention to 
what the Justice Department is up to now?).
