 The Standard has not been really approved yet. Isin't it smart to delay
untill the Proposal is real Firm so you don't have to do the work
Twice??  Everybody pumping out Modems using hte Interium proposal will
have to upgrade anyhow. Why make more work for yourself beyond the PR
value of having something on the street?
