    That wasn't the problem here.
    Here, the problem was the same as when a town has too many department 
stores selling the same brands.  This is one of the very few of the 
previously-10+ BBSs that didn't just carry the same echoes that every other 
BBS in town had.  Most also had considerable overlap in their file areas.
    This BBS has made itself unique by being the local patriot hangout, and 
by carrying echoes (scanner, shortwave, ham, homeschool) the others didn't.
