I am sorry to hear that you've been sick. I used to get bronchitis all
the time but last fall I started taking Spirulina tablets and
haven't been sick since. Not even an allergy attack.
On the other hand my other half Ed just had a heart attack last
Saturday night. He is still in the hospital. His cardiac catheterization
showed one heart artery is 90% blocked and the other is 100% blocked. He
is going to have to have bypass surgery either this weekend or this
coming week.  He's only 38.
