    There's a hell of a difference between "dress codes" and uniforms.
    One only insists on the kid not looking indecent and not dressing in any 
way that's disruptive.  The other insists that the kid wear only one 
color/style clothing.  That's why one isn't controversial...while the other's 
the Hillaryjugend!
