I released a new version (V2.12) for my freeware Internet Component 
Suite. You can download it with full source code at

The component and sample applications are fully compatible with ALL
Delphi version from 1.0 Desktop to 3.0 C/S and also C++Builder.
The main component is TWSocket for basic TCP/IP programming (Client, 
server, TCP, UDP, DNS, thread safe). There are also other component: 
SMTP, POP3 (EMail), TnCnx, TEmulVT (TELNET) and FTPCli.
All that stuff is freeware with full source code and support via a 
mailing list.
