And the only IMDB entry for the guy (which is rather more valuable
for Hollywood types who want to know who they're working with) is
for this movie, and most of that info looks like it's from after
this hit the news (it's not very complimentary, and they list the
movie as "News | Sci-Fi | Thriller"). And Sungenis' name doesn't
appear on the company info page, either.
It's Hollywood, after all. Lying is what it's made of, and they're
all professionals. It's not at all surprising that Mulgrew says she
had no idea. What comes out the end of the process often has *no*
resemblance to what went in to the beginning, and the contracts
expliclitly allow that, even if they make the actors looks stupid
(one of the contest shows - The Voice? - recently kidna made the
news for a contract that said that outright in so many words, until
the Hollywood pressp ointed out the rest of the press how normal
and universal such clauses are.)
