Most things that do "desire interaction between the FTSC and the Fidonet
community" go unanswered anyways. So some may choose to make small talk
instead. When some of the questions, concerns, and requests from the Fidonet
community can be answered and discussed by the FTSC, people will take your
rules more seriously.
