Only when they're using ASCII only characters. As soon as block/line drawing

Actually, that has bee my tagline for almost a year now. So no, I didn't go out
of my way to post it. While using this tagline, some people changed their
setups specifically so they could read it. So I guess you could call it
promoting UTF-8.

My point is, if you're going to mangle it when you quote it, just don't quote
it.
