Notice how carefully they worded this, for users who refuse to install...
what about the ones who don't refuse to install and it thinks they are
pirated? Those are the ones it's going to disable because if you refuse to
install then the kill switch isn't installed so how would they deactivate
you. It's the ones who DID install that are going to be shut down.
