    Is there a look-up data base that I can access from my computer?
    I need to make contact and send out QSL cards to contacts.
  
    Also from time to time I notice BAD call letters and people immitating 
people with a Amateur radio license.   Who do I report them to.  In the Case 
of Packet, I have their phoney call letters caputured to disk.
   
    Should I be sending this phoney call letter info to anyone in particular 
to check them out?
