The new FedEx driver was a day late delivering a package
because he couldn't find the address. The next day he
found me and was telling me how he had stopped by the FD
the day before and the guys there had no clue as to where
I was located... I hope I never need them in a hurry!
Why can't FedEx carry Thomas guides !?! And you would
think that there might be one or two of them laying around
the fire station . Perhaps the FD (and FedEx) should
get licensed as HAMs so they can call for help finding an
address when needed ...
I also tried to explain to the FedEx guy about the internet
'Map Finder' engines, but he didn't seem to get the idea.
(note: actually there are a few HAMs in the FD here locally,
too bad they weren't on duty at the time :)
