MM: Honey-Lime Wings 
---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 
  
      Title: Honey-Lime Wings 
 Categories: Chicken, Appetizers, Holidays 
      Yield: 36 Servings 
  
      1 kg Chicken wings 
    1/4 c  Liquid honey 
      2 tb Lime juice 
           Finely grated peel of 1 lime 
      1    Clove of garlic 
    1/4 ts Salt 
    1/4 ts Pepper 
  
  Tip and half wings. Preheat broiler. Set a rack on a 
  foil-lined baking sheet or broiler pan. Place wings on 
  rack, spacing 1/2 in apart. Broil 3 inches from 
  element for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown and 
  skin is crisp. Turn and continue to broil 8 to 10 more 
  minutes, or until golden brown and chicken is cooked. 
  Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients together in a 
  large bowl. When wings are cooked toss in honey 
  mixture. Serve, drizzling mixture over wings. Source:

-------------------------HOT SAUCE------------------------- 
      1 c  Onion; chopped 
      2 tb Ketchup 
      2 tb Orange juice 
      1 tb Butter or margarine 
      1 tb Worcheshire sauce 
      2 ts Honey 
      3 dr Red pepper sauce 
  1 1/2 lb Chicken wings 
    1/4 ts Black pepper 
 
----------------------BLUE CHEESE DIP---------------------- 
      1 c  Celery; diced 
    1/2 c  Plain lowfat yogurt 
    3/4 oz Blue cheese; crumbled 
      1 tb Mayonnaise 
  
  Recipe by: Goodrich   (TMGM57B) TO PREPARE SAUCE In a 
  medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients except 
  wings and black pepper. Micro on high 4 minutes, 
  stirring once. With sharp knife, remove skin from 
  wings. Place in an 11 x7" baking pan in a single 
  layer; sprinkle with black pepper. Spoon half the 
  sauce over the wings. Micro on High 6 minutes. Turn 
  wings over; spoon remaining sauce over wings. Micro on 
  high 6 minutes or until juices run clear when skin is 
  pricked with a fork. To prepare dip, combine all 
  ingredients in small bowl.
