Lion King is still available.  I would call Disney Customer Service in L.A. 
They have a toll free number.  Explain the problem and they may send you 
another box/cover insert.  However, be prepared for them not to.  One way 
they control piracy is to make sure that there are not covers for 
non-authorized copies.  They may make you send your original Lion King tape 
to them, and then they will return it to you in a case.
