The bad news here is that I'm just one of the moderators of this echo, I'm 
not a USR employee.  I don't know from the model number which modem you have 
but I assume it's a Sportster.  Rick Collins may be able to help you with it 
or have additional information.

Your best bet would be to leave a message to Technical Support asking your 
questions, USR Tech Support personnel do frequent the echo most of the time.  
If that doesn't work, consider calling them voice.
