I'm implying that the U.S. government, in its kneejerk reaction to the
Cuban community in South Florida, delayed for far too long decisions that,
in most cases, would have been settled within weeks of the child' hitting
the shore.

I frankly don't care what kind of country the child is from. This is *only*
a custody case in my eyes, and that issue is settled.
