Update.

Using RyanVM Integrator, and his pre-packaged patch cab, was a
"breeze" to slipstream an XP SP2 Install CD.

Used Nero Rom Burn to create the bootable CD image again, and in less than
45 minutes, went from a SP2 base install CD to a fully patch applied
(slipstreamed) SP2 disk, that booted, and installed cleanly.

Well worth the cost of admission. (Free).
