         4 - Use the University Gopher systems to locate infomation about
             a content area construction
         5 - Can interact/explore, a teacher selected, multiuser, object
             oriented, environment in intergration with content studies
         6 - Can create , send and recieve e-mail

                     b) text quoting via editors
         7 - Produce HTML documents ( online project pages,
             home pages ect)
