Computers can be an excellent resource in the presents of a teacher who
understands their limitations and strengths. To date those teachers are
very few and districts who spend thousands on computers and software
without educating the teachers in the process are IMO wasting time and
money. Some teachers even fear the technology while others realize it
is here to stay and those who don't progress will not survive the
transition.
