TOS means The Original Series.  1.7 I don't know what that is.....Is the 
episode "SHORE LEAVE" by any chance?
If it is then it's one of those you can buy at a store, the ones from the 
Columbia House Video club have a four digit on the upper left corner on the 
back of the box, and have 2 episodes to each tape.
