I can't believe some of these things.  Am I really the only
customer in Citibank that has ever wanted to get ahead in
payments and then stop payments for a period of several
months?  It seems they are not set up to do that, and 
require the regular payments, even if I'm over a year ahead
in payments!!!  I'm still debating with them as to whether
it can be done as an exception.  Or is this just a similar 
case to me being the only person who is interested in companies
because of the BT margin lending rates, percentage falls,
and where they appear on teletext?  BFN.  Paul.
