Trekkers: Those Star Trek fans who are fully functional persons who enjoy 
Star Trek, agree with the basic ideals and philosophies of Trek, and in some 
way may even try to live those ideals and philosophies. Trekkers even join 
clubs. But know where reality and fanatsy/fiction seperate.
Trekkies: Those Star Trek fans who are over 30years old, live at home, have 
never kissed a member of the opposite gender, usually have no job, live off 
of parents. Have no idea that Star Trek and reality are seperate.
Not fully functional in society, will argue to the death the color of Chief 
Engineer Scott's underwear.
