It could well be just the stress of having his wings cut, or it could be
the depression of being unflighted again. The same thing happened to my
Rio jenday. She could FLY (I waited a *bit* too long). I clipped her,
and within a week, she was plucking again.  They're such touchy
things, aren't they?
