how many or which ones? i'd go with which ones... the following being the list
of those i would include... i left out w9x related stuff because you're doing
only OS/2... i included the srifreq bash script because some do have a *nixy
environment on the OS/2 but also the bash script might be used as an example if
someone wanted to do a REXX or 4OS2 .cmd script for the same purpose... maybe
even a .bat script if they wanted...

binkd (the generated binary)
binkd.cfg (one of the config files)
binkd.conf (another of the config files)
binkd.txt (looks like a man page)
binkdfaq-en.txt (english FAQ file)
binkdfaq-ru.txt (cryllic FAQ file)
COPYING (GNU GPL document)
HISTORY (looks like maybe "git log" output)
README.md (possibly... can't hurt)
release-notes.txt (info on previous releases)
todo.lst (text list of items needing work)
misc/nodelist.pl (perlhook nodelist compiler)
misc/srifreq (bash srif freq processor)

that's my list that i would use...
