   In Sweden we have a very important extension to our copyright laws
called "m”nsterskydd", that would translate to something like
"pattern protection" or "format protection". Originally
adopted to protect all the Swedish designers, that suddenly made it big in
the 1950's and 60's (furniture, glass, the Cobra telephone and so on).
