Wouldn't surprise me if Not Happy were also a MS plant in the forum.  He
lobbed an easy one to Dan, and allowed Dan to hit it out of the park.

Maybe, in order to give the perception of happy customers, Microsoft forum
moderators are removing everyone except those under contract to post happy
messages.
