thanks for the help, I feel a little bit ripped off though, I could have 
saved myselfe $50 and just got a 28.8 and still connect at 26400.  Kinda 
blows.  Maybe I should just connect to the internet via Cable instead of 
phone lines anyhow and just use the modem for BBS use...
