I took a look around here, Russ, but Kerry never sent me anything
like "rules" or anything remotely similar.  If it'll help, I do
have the rules for some other echos here that I will be glad to send
to you if you'll provide me with a FidoNet "CM" address.  Perhaps you
can edit them to suit this echo??
