I may take a look at COFFEE_KLATCH but will pass on OS2. If I used the
program, I'd appreciate a source of help but I don't. I also don't need an
OS war.

I use DSL, write the mail and let my ISP worry about delivery. I did send
Duffy a note earlier this evening which has not yet bounced so I assume it
will get to him.
