As noted by a fellow who's put them (plus one more) on the web at

they've been making the rounds in email since at least December.
Probably much longer, since another page with the same songs as the
post dates to February last year.  So I imagine the odd formatting is
a lot of forwarding-indentation.  (What I still don't know is "who to
blame" for the middle songs.  Unless those are Patrick Mines's too.)
