No, there's no set limit per process. The only limitation is the
per-process address space. The larger the thread stack, the less threads
you can start. If you're going to use that many threads in a process,
getting near the process address space limit (which, jumps to 3GB for
32-bit programs running under Warp 5, AKA WSeB, and Warp Server 4), it's
important to check all memory allocations, so you don't end up crashing
your program.
