system either. Over here only a qualified MD with a supplementary
quaLification in psychiatry is qualified to diagnose a mental health
problem. Period.

Only institutions with authority vested in them by the state may issue
those qualifications. That means any medical qualifications from abroad are
null and void. Simple.

As for sex industry, of course there is protitution here. There is
prostitution *everywhere*. But to see it in Amsterdam you have to go
looking for it. You have to go to these special places that you do not
normally run into. So if you saw "sex industry", I wonder what
you were doing in these places in the first place. A bit counseling? ;-)
