That's a valid point, but since we were comparing "overheads"
with the cost of an item it is hardly relevant.
Let me put it another way: Suppose you were offered something for
$10 that was going to cost $50 in postage/shipping to get it to
you?
Would you complain about being charged $50 postage for a $10
item?
Now suppose that item was _worth_ $100 to you. Would you be
interested then?
Do you see what I mean?
The fact that your friend was asked to pay 20% over the cost of
an item just for postage is irrelevant if the TOTAL cost was
below its value to the purchaser.
