If you want to have a go despite that, contact Andy Roberts (1:109/921.0) and
get him to add you to the TAUCMD echo/mailing list.  The distribution archive
now contains the first drafts of the C/C++ headers and the import library, and 
also the DLL.  There's still a lot of polishing to be done, and I have yet to
write the documentation.  (Although the header doesn't contain *that* many
functions.)

The same simple conditions apply as for the pre-release testing of OS2CLU: 
You may not make the pre-release publically available or distribute it.  I
don't want pre-releases "escaping" into general circulation.
