Huuh ?  (4 am coder typing).  What's this OUT 4fh stuff ??  Is it any faster 
than the usual redundant-JMP ?  Is it more effective ? (like in some cases 
where over-zealous Intel cpus 'forget' to clear the PF)  and finally, does 
it work on older CPU's or is this another oh-so-annoying Pentium Peculiarity
