Bbzzzztttt! Fact check: the ancient ice on Greenland and Antarctica is above
AGL/ASL. That is to say that the melt water is coming from places _above_ the
water in your glass. Oops! You then have the same problem that a few biblical
characters had, 'oh dear, my cup runneth over'.
