Most bills introduced never get out of committee. That's because most
are just posturing, or are so absurd that nobody takes them seriously.
Examples: Hillarycare, the bill to abolish the Second Amendment
(introduced by Major Owens), the 10,000% handgun-ammo tax (introduced by
Daniel Moynihan).
