One off the top of my head is 2 Cold Scorpio.  While he hasn't been
very active in the States, he's had regular tours of Japan for quite a
while.

Also, Vader hasn't had a layoff of longer than 6 months that I can
remember (even his numerous leg injuries and broken eye socket kept
him out less than a full year, IIRC).  I remember him in the AWA in
the 80's as The Baby/Big Bull Leon White, so I know he was active
during this period.
