I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but there's a problem.
 
I got the motherboard, installed it, and when I turned it on, NOTHING!  No
beeps, nothing on the monitor, NOTHING!  I have checked all my
connections, and verified that all the cards are properly seated, and the
power is good, but it still has no signs of life.  I have been working on
it off and on since it arrived on August 3rd, but the result is always the
same: It's DOA!
 
Maybe you or someone else can get it to work, but I have had no success.
 
I am sorry, but being disabled and having to depend on Social
(IN)Security, I just cannot afford this.  $70 is most of a month's
groceries or about a month's utilities for me, and I have to watch my
pennies very closely, as I'm sure you can understand.
 
I will be happy to ship it back to you if I can get my $70 back.  (I'll
eat the postage both ways).  Too bad you didn't insure it, or I could
recover it from the insurance.
 
Please advise ASAP what I should do.
