The local paper had an article headed "fizzer" or something
similar, which consisted 50% of the opinion of a local uni prof who
said it was the best show he'd ever seen. Which is partly why I
said

I, and the thirty odd cars who stayed with us from 2.30 til 4.30
am, had a great time. Various people I asked later said they
wandered out into their backyards at the right time, saw nothing,
and went back to bed. I blame the FIRESTORM!! media hype for this -
had they stayed out for more than ten minutes, they'd surely have
seen something nice, even from inner suburbia.
