A play on your language.  Licensed by other words over there still 
translates to a license over here.  However, if I am mistaken (I do admit 
that I don't live over there and aren't that familiar with your legal 
network and quals) then I am most certainly over qualified to provide 
assistance to you.  However, the catholic church training program provides 
them a license that is legal and respected to their organization regardless 
of the country they work in.  Have you called a clergy yet to see what kind 
of qualifications they have?  Your deflected denial really didn't work here

I've been to your country Michiel, and I believe that your country fudges 
the figures provide the world a different impression (sound familiar?).  Let 
me remind you that you have 'not' been over here....  You are MORE than 
welcome to come for a visit!  I have a very nice spare bedroom with which 
you are welcome to use as you visit the Hampton Roads area.  This area is 
rich in history and scenery.  As a matter of fact, I'm taking my Whippets 
lure coursing next weekend at Chickahominy, Virginia.  I'm sure my family 
and I could show you a very nice time.
