I have a similiar problem with my supraexpress 33.6, it only happens with my
ISP, not any local BBS or friend-friend. I tried another service provider
with no problems at all. I think maybe your modem and your ISp modems don't
work well together.
My link with the Internet world just seems to hang, Still online but no
action, no nothing after 1min, sometimes 10min, sometimes I could be on for
half an hour. so at the moment I am contemplating switching ISP's (again)
and currently using my old 14.4 USR (yuck :) )
