A copy of the license is provided. You also mentioned that they were
allowed to make a set of installation floppies?
Apples and oranges. I'm talking about software installed from CD to your
system with no license and no medium provided. Microsoft is an
exception, because they'd rather get a meager license fee than the full
cost of the OS just to get their OS on every home computer in the world.
