When I was returning the entries (PACKAGES not letters) I was always
shaken by the cost. So were the entrants that sent those packages of
slides to us. In fact the postage costs were the prime reason the number
of entrants kept falling year after year. Actually it cost many of the
foreign (to us) entrants to send their packages to us than it did for us
to sent them back.

No way of determining - irreplaceable!!!
