Yes..Thatis exactly what occurs.When they do the next printing,they are 
called trader editions and they do those by the thousands.The first editions 
are only done in hundreds.Thats why there is such a demand for them and why 
so many go Stateside to the stores that are releasing them,(Betts 
Store,Bangore) and get their special copies.Usually around $350 and up.
