Okay folks, here's the deal.  We FINALLY have some lightbar support setup 
in Renegade.  We're testing it over here in our file area right now.  We 
aren't really going to change much more internal variables inside Renegade, so
I am throwing out the call.

    We need some 3rd party software for Renegade.  Who's up for the job?  
Let's bring back 1993! ;)
